This EULA applies to agreements we have in place directly with our Customers.

The EULA is effective as of 21st June 2023. For the prior version of our EULA, please contact privacy@vehicle-vision.com

Key changes include:

  • Change to registered office address within section 1. Interpretation
    • Separate agreements

    Where we have a separate agreement in place with Brands and you (the Dealer or Dealer Group) subsequently have access to the Vehicle Vision system, a separate Software Licence GDPR Addendum is available. Please contact privacy@vehicle-vision.com for more information.

    Exclusions
  • This EULA does not apply to our subsidiary company Vehicle Vision Japan K.K. where an alternative EULA applies.
  • Vehicle Vision Reseller Partner customers will have a separate EULA. Please contact the appropriate Reseller Partner for more information. You can find contact details here
