WeBuyCars in Ireland have chosen Vehicle Vision’s Assist platform for their online car buying service and have seen great successes in the first months since its launch.

Vehicle Vision’s Assist is a web-based video platform that puts the power in the customers hands, allowing them to take video and photos of their vehicle to get a comprehensive quote for selling their vehicle.

WeBuyCars offer a fully remote and secure car buying service. Using a personalised version of Assist customers can enter their registration number and upload videos and photos of their vehicle. We Buy Cars can then make an informed quotation for the vehicle from the information gathered using the software.

WeBuyCars installation was fully personalised and themed to their branding including logos, fonts and colours, making the journey for their customers consistent.

Giving customers the ability to serve themselves in the automotive industry, like they do in so many other retail settings, was the goal when Vehicle Vision was developing its newest product, Assist, and this concept is proving successful for WeBuyCars, where they are seeing high engagement rates from customers and huge savings versus buying cars at auction.

Vehicle Vision’s Assist was launched in 2020 in the midst of the global pandemic and it was able to give dealerships and garages a new way to connect and communicate with their customers when the need was at its greatest.
