Vehicle Vision are delighted to announce the start of an integration partnership with Infomedia Ltd, a global leader in parts and service software. The integration sees Vehicle Vision’s personalised Aftersales Video system seamlessly connect with Infomedia’s Superservice Triage™ electronic Vehicle Health Check (VHC) system, enhancing operational efficiencies between the platforms in the vehicle inspection and reporting process, and providing customers with an interactive experience that puts trust and control in their hands.

A number of dealerships across the UK have now gone live with the integration and are benefitting from the connectivity of Vehicle Vision’s Aftersales and Infomedia’s Superservice Triage™.

Tim Jarram, Lead Developer at Vehicle Vision said: “The integration with Infomedia’s Superservice Triage™ has been our most comprehensive integration yet and I am delighted that our customers are already seeing the benefits.”

Mal Rooney, Global Distribution Manager at Vehicle Vision said: “The integration partnership between Infomedia and ourselves has been a strong one, from its initiation through to delivery with mutual customers. We have worked together in a truly collaborative fashion – embracing the Superservice Triage™ workflow with the qualities of our personalised Aftersales video software – to deliver a very simple-to-use, yet highly sophisticated video solution for both the dealership and their customers to benefit from.”
