The reporting functionality in Vehicle Vision systems give you the tools to report on your videos and everything that is achieved by sending personalised presentations to your customers.

The dashboard give you live data and there is a wide selection of reports that can be emailed or exported.

But the only way to really be able to identify your success is ensuring outcomes are added to your jobs.

An outcome logs what was sold, ongoing and lost for each job. This can be ‘sold online’, if a customer has approved the work online or ‘sold offline’ if the customer has approved over the phone or in person.

It is important to record an outcome for every job so you can use the system to report and compare your conversions, demonstrate your workshop success and make improvements for the future.

How to set the outcomes of your personalised presentations

Step 1: Log into the web portal

Step 2: Select job history from the Jobs menu

Step 3: Select the OUTCOME drop down menu and chose the status

Viewing conversion results in the dashboard

For Sales: Navigate to the Reports Menu > Select Dashboard > if applicable tap on the Sales tab > you can choose your date range and other parameters (as required).

For Aftersales: Navigate to the Reports Menu > Select Dashboard > if applicable tap on the Aftersales tab > you can choose your date range and other parameters (as required).
